.About Jennifer L. Smith

Jennifer’s practice focuses on assisting clients with legal and public strategies counsel on a broad range of water and air-related issues, as well as employment law issues. She represents water supply districts, groundwater conservation districts, cities, water utilities, private and public companies, and landowners in all phases of environmental regulation and in employment law matters.
 
Jennifer previously practiced as an attorney for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), serving in both the environmental and employment law divisions of the agency.
 
Jennifer also has extensive experience in communications, with an emphasis on strategic planning and content creation and marketing.
 
A native of Fort Worth, Jennifer currently lives in Austin.
